Remember, most of your stress comes from the
way you respond, not the way life is. Adjust your
attitude and all the extra stress is gone.
You can't change how people treat you or what they say about you. All you can do is change how you react to it.
Don't sacrifice your time for people who wouldn't do the same for you.
