我很喜歡今天 Hennah 演講中傳達的實用訊息：

「分享你的脆弱，來幫助他人」~對自己的掙扎、恐懼、錯誤或弱點保持開放和誠實。因為這麼做，能夠安慰、啟發，甚至引導那些正經歷類似困境的人。

這是一個非常重要的訊息, 因為時常強者會讓人害怕、不知如何親近。

I like the useful message behind Hennah's speech...“Share your vulnerabilities to help others” -- Be open and honest about your own struggles, fears, mistakes, or weaknesses. Because doing so can comfort, inspire, or guide others who are going through something similar.

This is important because strongers always make people afraid and don't know how to get close.
