A long day

​this is this week It’s a long long week; Hua 這禮拜一3月9號回到醫院報到，等待辦手續的時間很長，拿著很多包的行李怕baby一個人忙不過來，我們搭了計程車到療養院接華H U A等了一陣子華終於出來了帶了大包小包的行李好像要出外圓形遠行74再回到醫院報到到了櫃檯向小姐看有沒有好一點的位置，但是小姐堅持說只能到酒樓8樓心臟科都沒有位子了，我們帶著大包小包到了酒樓這是一件四人房每一個人都是小小的獨立空間，但是走廊的空間算很大只是四個人若有人受傷比較嚴重像隔壁有位太太可能是燙傷在換藥的時候每次都疼的受不了知道他非常的痛苦疼痛他的腳聲真的非常的大聲滑H U A有些沒辦法忍受後來心臟科的護理師來華就我們就跟他要求看能不能改到8樓的心臟科病房，護理師說他只能盡力不一定能夠有適合的房間隔天3月10號我到醫院去探望華，這時我到原來酒樓的病房發現滑的行李都不見了，只剩下輪椅，我趕緊把輪椅退回去還給護理站聽隔壁床講說花已經換了床位，我繼續到八樓尋找花現在換到一間閃人房的房間，而且是在窗戶旁邊的位置明亮很多浪花一下子開朗起來，現在在滑可以自己上廁所，行動變得很方便讓照料的人輕鬆許多帶筆要看晚上的，所以下午的時間我請他趕快回家修理休息洗衣服帶筆又要準備晚上的晚餐回到家也是很忙碌晚上的時候就來跟我交接班那天有上班小英也是很好快中午的時候會拿燉的稀飯過來給華吃花顯得很有胃口，他吃不習慣醫院裡的飲食膳食，但是小英準備的稀飯他是非常的喜歡吃這禮拜每天下課我就會到華的病房和小英交接班一天有上班看的人才不會那麼累，但是也是很辛苦，尤其是黛比 總是怕我們太累，他都是看晚上的班有時隔壁太吵他和華也是輾轉難免睡不著，但是他從來沒有覺得辛苦能夠幫忙照顧幫忙洗澡，他覺得很欣慰有這三個女子兵團也是很快樂感覺心情比較好，3月10號做了新導管的測試檢查看血管的狀況還有每天都要量血糖量血壓心電圖做不完的檢查就是為了3月13號的手術，準備這裡的心臟科團隊很用心，幾乎每天都會來巡防主治醫師謝醫師更是有空就過來幫華打氣醫生的鼓勵讓華和我們都感覺很有信心，從決定要開刀到現在醫生的團隊也是盡心盡力的辦法向健保局申請開刀手術的費用頭腦很清醒他堅決他決定要開刀以後就沒有再動搖雖然小心常常講說吃中藥就好不要動刀，但是花很清醒，他覺得醫生團隊最新的需要幫她重建人生，他現在只能把自己交付給醫生醫生每天的鼓勵帶來花對生命的期待希望手術後他能夠重生沒有手術的話隨時都會有猝死的課可能對一個年紀90歲的人來說每天都像報一顆炸彈一樣心情都會坎坷不安，今天三月13一大早懷舊準備好，大約七點多的時候護理的照護員就來江華推到手術預備室今天的主治醫師心臟科外科陳醫師很有經驗前一天就來到華德病房，像我們解說這一次的手術一定有風險，也一定會這個風險都沒有人能夠預料得到，但是機率非常的低，比起內科的醫師外科的醫師說的比較白，他先將風險所在前頭希望家屬如果在手術沒辦法很成功的時候要有心理準備，不知道他的這一番話讓華整晚都睡不著，今天三月13早上是一個很漫長的早上幫華被推進去手術，預備試的時候我們三人離職兵團在外面只能靜靜的坐在那邊等滑動進病房的時候還廣播請黛比進去再確認自費的項目，因為需要將血管撐開後還需要縫起來，所以用自費比較好的打電器聽醫生講說總共打的是隻，但是這費用還是必須放的縫合的成功以後才會安全牆上的跑馬燈一直秀出來還在準備中大概等到了10點多跑馬燈才秀開刀中大約開了兩個多小時醫生護理師廣播請我們進去手術室醫生很高興的告訴我們說手術比預期的還要成功只是在鼠蹊上面那裡有的血管有一些鈣化，所以他們在置換心臟瓣膜的時候就順便把那裡用指甲打通以後才不會塞住，那就代表說以後華的血管就通暢了，現在的醫學科技真的很進步青導管重置瓣膜的技術很創新，對老人家來講恢復的過程比較快傷口又小不像以前傳統的看胸對長者來說非常身體會非常的損傷復健期又很長看到醫師滿臉的笑容還有跟我們講請我們放心手術很成功，我們三個女子兵團頓時放下一顆沉重的心，我也一直感恩陳醫師有這麼優秀的心臟科團隊邦華重建人生真的是感恩內外科的醫師團隊和護理師對對華的恩情真的很感恩！ 滑手術後醫師團隊先讓他到加護病房住的是類似單人房的加護病房，又有窗戶鄭呼和華的期待這個醫師團隊實在是太強了也很感激感恩他們對華的用心還有盡心盡力的照顧目前華的身體還是要裝尿管因為醫生要計算他的尿量而且要用尿管因為怕有尿布會感染到傷口雖然很不舒服，但我希望華能撐過這一段艱苦的時候慢慢恢復健康，很期待看到恢復健康的華。

​Feb 2 gonna message you from the sister mom was sending it to the emergency room when I rush to emergency room mom take a bless mask. She looks very uncomfortable very helpless. I tried to grab her hand and said everything will be all right. Mom my sister was on the way from Kaushal to here.  

After the nurse says take mommy to the ICU my sister-in-law and I was standing outside. She say we can go home and just to come back to visit mommy the permission time so I went home and the sister back to the Changhua city and afternoon she called us. This hospital has no doctor specialize in heartbreak so mommy has to transfer her to another bigger hospital. She was alone to carry three bigger luggage is and have to take a little emergency car with mommy. It’s a very difficult and struggling terms but things to sister she take care of very good alone/to the hospital and have mommy to register in this large hospital and take care of everything of mummy needs in hospital.

化小愛為小大愛

余家昶的母親強忍著悲痛淚水然後跟大家講：不要再責怪張文的父母，因為當時小孩子心裡不知道在想什麼，才鑄下這個滔天大錯。孩子都已成年了，父母也是很無奈。

她雖悲痛，但是不願意在結上這種惡緣。仇恨到此為止。

然後她要把人家捐的善款再捐出來做公益，要讓余家昶的義行延續下去。讓這個社會感到他們給予的溫暖。

The most interesting thing about traveling is that you can see different people. I remember when we took a bus from the river to Oi. It’s about two hours. A beautiful lady in the park came to talk to us on the bus. She was traveling with her son for about one month in Croatia. She said she hasn’t spoken English for a few days. She loves to talk Taiwanese cause she said she heard that Hansen talks in Taiwanese. This lady, you are so happy. She came to our seat and talked very happily in Taiwanese with us. No wonder Hansen always says he can communicate with the Taiwanese when he travels. That was amazing. This lady was traveling with her son her son just trying to transfer for transfer for another a new job so he has a he had time to take her mother to travel, considerate and attachable. Amen this lady 2×1 time is in the bus and one time outside the park. She looks so happy and traveling with her. Her son and everything looks perfect for her later where to go she just grab a chance to talk of the people from Taiwan in Taiwanese maybe many people don’t speak my language Taiwanese you are in overseas, especially you traveling than you heard someone talking in our mother language so heartwarming.

even though she will accompany with her son to go Som of Croatia speech, then we will go to the capital of Croatia. It’s totally different direction, but one thing we all love our mother language, Taiwan Taiwanese. We will never see each other again in Taiwan. The small stories in Croatia will be always in my mind.
