If you watch too much social media; you will feel frustrated.  You see one of your friends always travels a lot and enjoys gourmet food; one of your friends always has afternoon tea with friends.

 You will envy them that they have a fruitful life. 

 Try to concentrate on what you have, and be thankful for what you have; you will have a mindful and happy life. 

Two years ago, my beloved Daddy passed away.  I always dreamed of Daddy in my dreams.  He walked toward me with a smile.  He always took care of me and my family even when we had a quarrel with different opinion.  He looked like an angel; always protecting and taking care of us.

Miss you so much, Daddy!

It was gratitude that God sent me an amazing gift -the friendship of Sunny who is always with a smile on her beautiful face. She is just like the sunshine; always lifts my heart. 

Sunny shared many guavas, cabbages, and plants today; so thankful and grateful!
